Pay per lead. You set the limit.

Every lead is exclusive. Its price is set by live bidding within a range for the size of the job: where it lands depends on the lead's intent score (how ready the homeowner is to hire) and demand in your area. Recommended limits are set for you. No setup fee, no monthly fee, no contract.

How a lead is priced

  1. The job size sets the range

Large jobs (Roofing, Siding): $45–$100. Medium jobs (HVAC, Windows & doors): $20–$50. Small jobs (Gutters, Plumbing): $15–$35.

  2. The lead sets where it lands

Live bidding places each lead in its range: how ready the homeowner is to hire, and how many contractors want leads in that area.

  3. Your limits come first

We never bid above the most you'll pay, and we stop at your cap. A lead that doesn't fit costs you nothing.

Pricing questions

How much does a lead cost?

It depends on the size of the job and on the lead itself. Large jobs like roofing run $45–$100 a lead, medium jobs like HVAC $20–$50, small jobs like plumbing $15–$35.

What decides where a lead lands in its range?

How ready the homeowner is to hire, and how many contractors want leads in that area. It never goes above the most you've said you'll pay.

Is there a minimum?

Your first deposit is about a week of your budget, $250 at least. After that you only pay for the leads you get.

Are there any other fees?

No setup fee, no monthly fee and no contract. You pay for leads, nothing else.

How does auto-recharge work?

When your wallet drops below the point you choose, your card is charged the amount you set, so leads don't stop. It's optional, and you can turn it off any time.

What if a lead is bad?

Report it in your portal within 48 hours. A wrong or disconnected number, a job outside your service area, a duplicate, or a request that isn't real all qualify. Approved reports are credited back to your wallet.
