Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Continuum Automations, LLC collects when contractors use Lead Pair IQ, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account and business details: name, business name, email, phone numbers, address, tax ID and license (if you add them).
• Your settings: services, service area, budget and lead delivery preferences.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We store a reference to your card and the last four digits, never the full number.
• Usage: sign-in records, the leads delivered to you and the status and notes you add.
• SMS consent: the time, IP address and wording you agreed to when you turned on lead texts.

How we use it

To run your account: match and deliver leads, charge your wallet, send texts and emails you asked for, support you and keep the service secure. We share what's needed with the companies that help us provide the service, including our lead network partner, Stripe (payments), Twilio (texts), Resend (email) and Supabase (hosting and database).

We don't sell your information, and we don't share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

Homeowner information

Leads contain homeowner contact details collected by our network partners with the homeowner's consent. Use them only as allowed by the Lead Buyer Terms.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep account records while your account is open and as long as needed for billing, legal and dispute purposes. To ask for a copy or deletion of your information, contact us.
